The Board of Pathwise Credit Union has named Bob Ferris the new Chief Executive Officer.<\/p>\n
Ferris brings a strong and diversified background in the financial sector, having served as Regional Vice President of BMO.<\/p>\n
Ferris began his career in financial services in 1997 and later advanced to a CEO role with Lambton Financial Credit Union in 2008. In his most recent role as Regional Vice President with BMO, his market achieved the second highest Net Promoter Score rating out of 70 markets across Canada and was chosen as the national lead for Customer Experience.<\/p>\n
He\u2019s transformed wealth management strategies, revamped commercial and agricultural portfolios, and increased overall growth. Ferris holds an MBA from Western University and attended Cornell, Warton and Darden Business Schools.<\/p>\n
