Lodge, M.D.<\/strong><br \/>\nWorkman Publishing<br \/>\nSoftcover, 159 Pages<br \/>\nWorkman.com<br \/>\nYoungernextyear.com<\/p>\n<p>This book says you can use exercise as a way to reverse aging and stay strong, fit and sexy.<\/p>\n<p>The fourth in a series of Younger Next Year books, the authors pull no punches when they shed the light on why exercise is so critical to the body. With the attitude that \u201cdecay is optional,\u201d Crowley and Lodge explain the difference between decay and natural aging. Decay, they claim, goes hand-in-hand with a deteriorating quality of life and that how you live your later years \u201cis largely under your control.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>There is a section on good posture, weight training, how hard a person should work out and strength training. The portion of the book dedicated to exercises is illustrated with drawings on how to perform each exercise.<\/p>\n<p>While the book is lacking in visual stimulus, its information is invaluable, especially if you\u2019ve been feeling weary lately.
