Gingerbread Dip

Gingerbread DipIngredients:

  • 1 pkg (8 oz or 225 g) reduced fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 container (5.3 oz of 150 g) light vanilla-flavoured Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Pure Via Granulated sweetener*
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) sugar-free table syrup
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) ground nutmeg


  • Combine all ingredients except fruit and mint; mix well. Refrigerate one to two hours to allow flavours to blend.
  • Garnish dip with mint, if desired. Serve with skewers of fruit. *Or substitute 12 packets Pure Via sweetener.
