- 1 pkg (8 oz or 225 g) reduced fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 container (5.3 oz of 150 g) light vanilla-flavoured Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Pure Via Granulated sweetener*
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) sugar-free table syrup
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) ground nutmeg
- Combine all ingredients except fruit and mint; mix well. Refrigerate one to two hours to allow flavours to blend.
- Garnish dip with mint, if desired. Serve with skewers of fruit. *Or substitute 12 packets Pure Via sweetener.
