Smoked Sausage Kabobs

Smoked Sausage KabobsIngredients:

  • • 1 pkg Piller’s Knackwurst Sausage, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • • 1 large red bell pepper, cut in 1-inch squares
  • • 1 large yellow bell pepper, cut in 1-inch squares
  • • 1 large green bell pepper, cut in 1-inch squares
  • • 1 large red onion, cut in 1-inch squares
  • • 6 wooden skewers
  • • grilling spray

Paprika Glaze:

  • • 20 ml (1 ½ Tbsp.) olive oil
  • • 5 ml (1 tsp.) smoked paprika
  • • 2 ml (½ tsp.) salt
  • • 2 ml (½ tsp.) pepper

Directions:

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes. Combine olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Spit sausage, peppers and onion onto skewers and brush with paprika glaze.
  • Spray grill and preheat to medium heat. Grill kabobs until sausage is grilled and vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
  • Serves 6.
